International Door-to-Door Shipping: Choose Express, Air, Road, or Sea
Speedline Logistics arranges door-to-door shipping from suppliers in China to buyers in Pakistan, the UAE, the UK, the USA, and beyond. We collect from the factory or warehouse, move the goods by the mode that fits your budget and timeline, handle customs, and deliver to your door.
Door-to-door shipping means one provider handles the whole journey: collection from the supplier, export paperwork, the international transport, customs clearance at the destination, and delivery to the buyer. You can choose express for small urgent parcels, air freight for faster cargo, road for overland lanes such as China to Pakistan, or sea freight for the lowest cost on large volumes. Speedline can quote DDP, where import duties and taxes are included, or DDU, where the buyer pays them on arrival.
How Door-to-Door Shipping Works at Speedline
- Order confirmation. We confirm the cargo type, weight, volume, destination, and budget, and recommend a mode.
- Collection and consolidation. We collect from one or more suppliers, or receive goods at our Yiwu, Guangzhou, or Foshan warehouse, check them, and combine them into one shipment.
- Transport and clearance. We handle export documents, the international leg, and destination customs clearance.
- Delivery. The goods reach your door, with a final delivery update and proof of delivery.

Choosing a Mode
Mode | Best for | Typical transit (indicative) | What drives cost | Notes |
Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) | Small urgent parcels and samples | 2 to 5 business days to major markets | Weight and volumetric weight, surcharges | Best under about 70 kg per piece |
Air freight | Heavier, time-sensitive cargo | 3 to 7 business days door-to-door to Pakistan | Chargeable weight | Airport-to-airport transit is faster than door-to-door |
Road (TIR and cross-border trucking) | Overland lanes such as China to Pakistan, Central Asia, and Europe | 10 to 18 days to Pakistan | Truck type, borders, season | Seasonal limits apply to some passes; see the road freight page |
Sea freight (FCL or LCL) | Large volumes, cost-sensitive cargo | Port-to-port 9 to 25 days; door-to-door roughly 20 to 35 days | Container size, port pair, season | Sea ends at the port unless DDP or DDU door delivery is quoted |
China Post | Very small, low-value shipments | 7 to 15 days | Weight and postal rates | Limited tracking compared with courier |
Transit times are indicative. They depend on routing, the port pair, border clearance, and the season. Rates change month to month, so we quote each shipment rather than publishing a rate card.
Lanes We Serve
China to Pakistan
We deliver to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Sea cargo lands at Karachi or Port Qasim. Air cargo arrives at Karachi or Lahore airports. Road cargo crosses the Khunjerab Pass on the Karakoram Highway. We clear customs and deliver to your door.Â
China to UAE and Dubai
Air and express are the most common modes for samples and urgent parcels. Sea cargo lands at Jebel Ali.
China to UK
Express and air are the most common modes for door delivery. UK import duties and VAT depend on the goods and their value.Â
China to USA
US-bound shipments are dutiable regardless of value. The duty-free exemption for parcels under $800 no longer applies. We recommend DDP so duties are known before the goods ship.Â
China to Europe and Central Asia
Express, road (TIR), rail-road, and sea are used for the EU and Central Asia.Â
What Door-to-Door Includes
A door-to-door quote covers the services listed on the quote. The usual items are collection, export documents, international transport, destination customs clearance, and delivery. DDP adds import duties and taxes on the buyer’s behalf. Surcharges such as remote-area delivery, oversize cargo, or changes in destination rules are shown separately on the quote. We do not add charges after dispatch unless a rule changes at the border, in which case we tell you before we pay it.
Sea freight is quoted port to port unless door delivery is included. Ask for a sea door-to-door quote to see the inland legs at each end.
Documents You Need
Documents depend on the buyer and the destination. Typical documents for a shipment to Pakistan are:
- Commercial invoice with item descriptions, unit values, currency, and HS codes
- Packing list with carton count, weights, and dimensions
- Consignee identifier (see the Pakistan requirement below)
Pakistan consignee identification. From 15 August 2026, Pakistan Customs requires a consignee identifier on the Import General Manifest for all imports. For commercial importers this is the National Tax Number (NTN). For personal buyers it is the CNIC (or passport for non-residents). Shipments without the identifier may be rejected at the manifest stage, which can cause delays and cost. Send us the identifier when you book.Â
Commercial importers in Pakistan need an NTN and sales tax registration to clear goods for business use. Pakistan does not issue one general import licence. Personal buyers clear personal parcels under the personal-import rules and need a CNIC. We confirm which route applies to your shipment before you book.
Why Speedline
- Origin-side control. Collection, consolidation, and export paperwork are handled from our warehouses in Yiwu, Guangzhou, and Foshan.
- Destination offices. Offices in Dubai, Karachi, and Lahore cover the buyer’s side of the lane.
- Clear quotes. Each quote shows what is included and what is charged separately.
- Mode choice, not a single product. We recommend express, air, road, or sea for your cargo, not the mode we happen to offer.
Post (China Post)
China Post is a low-cost option for very small, low-value shipments where tracking detail is less important. Transit is typically 7 to 15 days, and tracking updates are less frequent than with courier. Postal rules limit weight and value, and some goods are not accepted. For anything urgent, valuable, or over the postal limits, use express or air.
Consolidation and Warehouses
Suppliers can send goods to our nearest warehouse, or we collect from their factory. We check each carton, combine goods from several suppliers into one shipment, and send them together.Â
Our warehouses cover different product groups:
- Yiwu: small commodities and general merchandise
- Guangzhou: textiles, fashion, auto parts, and electronics
- Foshan: furniture, ceramics, and building materials
Pricing Logic
Door-to-door pricing depends on four things: the mode (express, air, road, or sea), the weight or volume (or the full container or truck), the destination and its customs requirements, and any extras such as DDP, consolidation, oversize handling, or remote delivery. Sea and air rates change month to month, so we quote each shipment. Send your cargo details and we will show you the mode options and what each one costs.Â
Prohibited and Restricted Goods
We ship commercial merchandise, electronics, textiles, machinery, hardware, home appliances, auto parts, and consumer goods. Hazardous chemicals, flammables, weapons, and counterfeit brand goods are prohibited. Restricted goods (including some electronics that need type approval, and lithium batteries) depend on the product and the destination. Tell us what you are shipping and we will confirm before you book.

Yes. We arrange factory collections from any industrial zone or city across China. Alternatively, your suppliers can dispatch shipments directly to our nearest warehouse in Yiwu, Guangzhou, or Foshan.
Yes! Free consolidation is a hallmark of our door-to-door service. Goods from different factories are collected at our warehouse, verified, combined into a single consignment, and shipped together to save substantially on shipping costs.
We transport commercial merchandise, electronics, textiles, machinery, hardware, home appliances, auto parts, and consumer goods. Hazardous chemicals, flammables, weapons, and counterfeit brand goods are strictly prohibited.
You only need to provide the commercial invoice and packing list from your Chinese suppliers. Speedline handles all export manifests, carrier waybills, bills of lading, and import Goods Declarations (GD).
No. You receive a guaranteed all-inclusive quote prior to dispatch. There are zero terminal handling charges, clearance fees, or unexpected delivery surcharges upon cargo arrival.
You receive real-time tracking updates from the moment cargo is checked into our China warehouse, through international departure, customs clearance, and final truck dispatch to your delivery address.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we pay import duties and taxes and include them in the quote, so the buyer receives the goods without a clearance bill. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) means the buyer pays duties and taxes on arrival. DDP costs more up front and removes surprises at the door.
Pakistan does not issue one general import licence. Commercial importers need a National Tax Number (NTN) and sales tax registration to clear goods for business use. Personal buyers clear personal parcels with a CNIC. From 15 August 2026, Pakistan Customs also requires a consignee identifier on the manifest for all imports. We confirm the right route for your shipment before booking.
Commercial importers need an NTN. Personal buyers can use a CNIC. From 15 August 2026, an NTN, FTN, CNIC, or passport identifier must appear on the Import General Manifest, so send the identifier when you book.
At minimum, you need a commercial invoice with item descriptions, unit values, currency, and HS codes, and a packing list. You also need the consignee identifier (NTN for commercial buyers, CNIC for personal buyers). Speedline prepares the export and import paperwork, including the airway or bill of lading and the import declaration.
Yes. We collect from each supplier or receive goods at our warehouse, check each carton, and combine them into one shipment. Consolidation may be free or charged, depending on the lane and volume. The quote shows which applies.
Sea freight is usually quoted port to port. Door-to-door sea is available as a service with inland legs quoted at each end. Ask for a door-to-door sea quote to see the full cost and timing.
It can be, for very small, low-value parcels where cost matters more than tracking detail. Transit is typically 7 to 15 days, with less frequent tracking updates. For urgent or high-value goods, express is better.
